Most of my life I was not happy; I experienced a lot of trauma and stress which created dis-ease. I used to hold so much anger, impatience, jealousy and resentment for my journey; I thought I had to have it all together before I could experience fulfillment.
Finally one day I recognized that life is too short to wait for perfection: I was allowed to experience joy, purpose and belonging today, I was allowed to claim my power here and now, while taking those small steps of healing. Then did my life truly flourish.
The deeper I embraced this joy and purpose the shackles of dis-ease were removed, and though I may still not be fully healed, yet, it is only a matter of patience and continued acceptance for my body to physically heal.
You were drawn here for a purpose, whether it is from a physical, emotional, or spiritual ailment.
