Somatic Energy Healing & Coaching

Each energy session will involve a three-part approach towards whole body wellness, online, from the comfort of your own home.

Soul: During our coaching sessions we will utilize my unique, custom, energy healing modality to uncover blocked emotions and limiting beliefs, all the while cleansing and balancing your energetic pathways resulting in an immediate feeling of relaxation, as well as reducing stress and anxiety. 
In my healing space, during the energy treatments, I utilize the energy of many crystals to assist in amplifying the session. You can discover the crystals I use and their benefits here.
 

Mind: As we heal the energetic side we will also start to integrate play; uncovering and re-discovering your inner child, joy, and laughter, creating action plans to implement these strategies right where you are at in life, today.
 

Body: For the third aspect of your session we evaluate your physical conditions; analyzing your nutrition and health to discover if there are any areas where we can naturally supplement to boost your physical energy and alleviate pain symptoms.

The session includes:

• 15-minute pre-consult over video on WhatsApp, 

• 45-minute distance energy session immediately following the pre-consult,

• 15 minutes video post-consult, coaching & mentoring session
